Sheet Forming and Welding Plant

Beyçelik Gestamp Sheet Forming and Welding Plant operating in a closed area of 60.000 m² in Bursa Organized Industrial Zone with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) model; makes production with robotic tandem, progressive, transfer press lines and robotic welding cells.

Technology & Tooling Plant

Beyçelik Gestamp Teknoloji ve Kalıp Sanayi A.Ş., operating in a closed area of 11.000 m² in Bursa TEKNOSAB, performs design, feasibility and manufacturing activities related to hot and cold sheet stamping and molding technologies in the international arena.

Hot Stamping & G1 Plant

Beyçelik Gestamp Hot Forming and G1 Plant operating in closed area of 23,318 m² in Bursa Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone. Founded in 2011 as the first hot stamping facility of Turkey in Bursa Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone, Beyçelik Gestamp Hot Stamping Plant produces high strength sheet metal parts with 5 hot stamping lines, cooling units and robot automation technologies. G1 & Hemming Line operating manufactures with robot automation, 2,000 tons capacity press line and assembly cells for pressing the outer surface panel sheets in the automotive industry and for assembly of the upper surface.

Assembly and Steel Service Center

Beyçelik Gestamp Assembly Plant and Steel Service Center , operating in a closed area of 40.500 m² in Bursa Organized Industrial Zone, Assembly Plant has manufactures with hot and cold stamped steel sheets with different thicknesses and strengths, robotic automation resistance spot welding, inert-gas arc welding and five axis laser cutting processes.

Steel Service Center has 0,40-7 mm sheet metal processing and 2,000 tons sheet stocking capacity. 200.000 tons of sheet metal per year is prepared according to production programs and sent to the press section for stamping.

Chassis Plant

Beyçelik Gestamp Şasi A.Ş., operating in 2 factories in Kocaeli Taysad Organized Industrial Zone with a total closed area of 35,900 m², produces with high technology and robot automation automated cold stamping, robotic MIG/MAG welding, cataphoresis, post-painting machining and bushing processes. The facility manufactures wish bones control arm, front sleeper motor traverse, rear axle, chassis carrier arms trailing arm and tank lid fuel filler lid mechanisms designed by Beyçelik Gestamp Şasi A.Ş.

Romania Plant

Beyçelik Gestamp Romania Plant, operating in 33.000 m² closed area in Piteşti, Romania, produces press-welded sheet metal parts and components.
